A New Generation
of Gin Makers
Having seen the gin market grow significantly in the last 5 years, I saw two things missing. Firstly, the flavours were complex and often confusing on the palette and secondly it made the simple art of drinking with friends far too complicated.
Pondering these thoughts as I relaxed by the River – I decided to make my own – which was simple, fresh, slightly salty and sweet.
