TW7 BEV
Distilled, blended and bottled in TW7 – this gin smells great and goes down really smooth. Once you’ve had one – it will be your favourite!
In 2022, I went to a ‘food n drink’ festival in Old Deer Park – was great to get out after ‘Lockdown(s)’ and there I saw a bunch of ‘local food n drink’ vendors – including a local gin (or two) ! And the thought struck me – shoot – we need a local gin – that’s moreish, fresh and makes people smile!
Then during the summer of ’22 – I also bumped into my Business Partner – who distilled, blended and made drinks for a living! We chatted a long time – like-minded souls, we laughed and joked for awhile– late into the afternoon and I knew we were going to be mates for a long time!
From our joint passion from making drinks that are fun – we blended this unique flavour ! I hope you enjoy it!
Whilst the gin goes down smooth – the craftsmanship that has gone into this has been developed over 20 years expertise from a distiller ‘par excellence’.
TW7 BEGINNING
History
My journey from Wales to Isleworth – has been unique – to say the least! My friends in Mumbles, Swansea always said ‘You’re destined destined for greater things’ – and they were right! After my PhD (hence ‘Doc’) in fermentation (of course) – I have worked in TW region since 1993. After the ‘new dawn’ of 2022 – the future is looking bright for TW7 BEV – working with the great and the good in the area – developing a market for my gin and associated merchandise.
